The apartment is located in the southern part of Ingolstädter Straße in Unterschleißheim (district Lohhof) in the northern outskirts of Munich (18km from the city center). In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, a pizzeria and a nice beer garden. In the house itself there is a bakery with café and a snack bar.
Shopping facilities, bank, hairdresser etc. are within walking distance (10 minutes on foot).

Due to the good S-Bahn connection (airport line S1, station Lohof), the airport can be reached in only 20 minutes and the city center in 25 minutes. The bus lines 693 and 215 are located right in front of the house and serve Haimhausen and Unterschleißheim Ost.

Quiet and centrally located apartment. The river Isar and Rosenheimer Platz, from where all S-Bahn lines depart, are within walking distance.
