This pretty furnished mid-terrace house is quietly located in Garching, on the northern outskirts of Munich. A total of four bedrooms is available, providing enough space for the whole family. Particularly noteworthy are the terrace with small garden, the beautiful oak floor and the modern wellness daylight bathroom with Jacuzzi, as well as the associated sauna (Finnish and steam bath). Adjacent to the master bedroom in the attic is a large dressing room (about 15sqm) with natural light. Beautiful guest or second bedroom with large double bed (200x200cm). The electronic piano in the living room, as well as the computer and a printer in the home office area in the master bedroom are available for the tenants' use (use at your own risk and no warranty). A basement compartment is not available. However, shelves are installed in the spacious hallway, as well as a refrigerator (with icebox) and a freezer.

Very good connection to the technical university TUM in Garching and also to the city center by subway line U6.
