Please note: Construction/facade work on the house is due from April to October. For this period the rent is reduced to €1,250,- (works being done on the balcony side approx. April till June). For facade works on the other side of the house, the rent will be reduced to €1,450 (approx. July till October).
After the works are done the normal rent price of €1,750 applies (starting approx. November 2020).
The dining table was replaced by a new, extendible one with two white chairs. The whole apartment was recently newly painted.
