There is a beautiful boxspring bed (light grey 160 x 200cm) in the 2nd bedroom. The lilac couch was replaced by a light grey leather couch with electrically adjustable seats and large stool by Bullfrog. The wall behind the couch was painted in a stylish shade of grey with spatula technique. Following this color scheme there is a new grey-black carpet in the living room.
The dining table now has 4 new chairs in designer style.
The windows will have new light-colored curtains.
The design concept for the complex’s common areas and the apartments’ bathrooms was developed by designer Philippe Starck and implemented in many cities around the globe.
In 2010/2011, the entire building (originally from 1890) was completely renovated to meet standards of new constructions, and converted into modern and comfortable apartments.
