This prime location near St-Anna-Platz in the middle of the Lehel district is one of the most desirable and central residential areas of Munich. The surfer wave Eisbachwelle in the English Garden, the river Isar and the Hofgarten are just a few highlights of the neighborhood. Many small restaurants, cafes and boutiques near the downtown area, also invite you to stroll. The subway station Lehel is only a 1-minute walk away and offers an excellent connection to public transport.
A parking space is available upon request, 150,- EUR/month. Please contact us to find out if your car fits in the underground garage and the parking space (relatively tight construction).
