The apartment is located in the rear area of a semi-detached house, therefore the garden and the sunny terrace a protected and secluded.
The light-flooded living room is equipped with a cozy fireplace and can be separated from the dining area by a sliding door. From here you have access to the open kitchen on one side or the sleeping area on the other side. A walk-in closet - accessible from two sides - divides the sleeping area and the bathroom.
In the basement there are two additional rooms that belong to the apartment. A recreation room with a lot of space for storage and a laundry room. (These rooms are not connected to the apartment).
