The larger one of the two bedrooms provides a double bed and 2 armchairs. An additional guest room with a work space is also available. The bathroom with window has a corner bathtub, a separate shower and an additional guest toilet. The garden maintenance is included in the rental price. The house also has a powerful Photovoltaic system (without storage). Feldkirchen has very good traffic connections but is also located in the middle of nature. It provides numerous local recreation areas and a picturesque environment.

Please note: Any electric car owners who would like to rent the parking space (not included in the rental price) can have a suitable wallbox installed in the garage.

In 10 minutes you can reach the beautiful park by the lake, the lakeshore can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. The famous Feldafing golf course can also be quickly reached on foot or by bike. You can cycle to the lido in about 7 minutes.
